How We Use Your Personal Data
We only use your personal data to answer your inquiry, to process your order or to provide you with access to further information or offers. In light of the foregoing, it may be necessary for us to store and process your personal data (name, first name, address etc.). In doing so, we follow the principle of data economy by only collecting, storing, processing and using such data to serve the stated purpose. Please note that not all information is mandatory. We do not create user profiles. Furthermore, we collect data on the number of visits to our websites. This information provides us with information about the general interests and preferences of our visitors. However, such data is not personal, but only of a statistical nature. Furthermore, we automatically collect and store information that is transmitted to us by your browser, e.g. the IP address. All personal data is processed in accordance with legal requirements.
If we use subcontractors or agents who require such data in order to provide the services you wish to use, we will transmit such data to the extent necessary. In this case, we oblige our partners to treat such data confidentially in accordance with the statutory provisions and to delete it immediately as soon as it is no longer required. Please understand, however, that we cannot completely monitor compliance with this obligation. As such, we shall not be liable for any infringements. Furthermore, we do not pass on collected data to third parties; in particular, we do not sell, rent or exchange such data.
All data is stored or processed separately and at no time is it compiled together. Personal data shall be stored for a maximum of 6 months or until the service you have requested is fulfilled. You may at any time request the deletion of all or part of your data. We will comply with such request immediately.
Data Security
We take technical and organisational precautions to ensure the security of your personal data. Your data is conscientiously protected against loss, falsification, manipulation or unauthorized access or disclosure. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments on the Internet.
Cookies are sometimes used on our websites. The use of cookies contributes to the effective use of the websites. A cookie consists of information that is sent from our websites to the visitor's browser in order to store it on his system. The cookie is only used to recognize the visitor. It is possible to adjust the browser used so that the user is informed when a cookie is set. Such user can then decide whether to accept such cookie.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, (hereinafter "Google").
Through certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield ("EU-US Privacy Shield")
https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active,
Google guarantees that it shall also comply with the EU's data protection requirements when processing data in the USA.
Google Analytics is used to analyse user behaviour on our website. The legal basis thereof is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.
Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of visits to our website, are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with what is known as the anonymisation function. With such function, Google shortens the IP address already within the EU or EEA.
The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of the visit to our website and the usage activities there. Such data can also be used to provide additional services related to the use of our website and the use of the Internet.
Google states that it does not link your IP address to other data. In addition, Google provides additional information on data protection law and how it uses data under
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=en
Additionally, Google provides an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics plus additional information here:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
This add-on can be installed with all common internet browsers and gives you additional control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website. The add-on informs the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) that information about visits to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services. Whether and which other web analysis services are used by us is of course also explained in this privacy policy.

Facebook offers additional information about various plugin options as well as their specific functions at
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
If the plug-in is used on one of the pages of our website that you visit, your Internet browser will download a presentation of the plug-in from the Facebook servers in the USA. For technical reasons, it is necessary for Facebook to process your IP address. In addition, however, the date and time of your visit to our website are also recorded.
If you are logged in to Facebook while visiting such pages equipped with the plug-in, the information collected by the plug-in on your specific visit will be recognized by Facebook. Facebook may assign the information collected in this way to your personal user account there. If, for example, you use the "Like" button on Facebook, this information is stored in your Facebook user account and, if necessary, published via the Facebook platform. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of Facebook before visiting our website or use an add-on for your Internet browser which prevents the Facebook plug-in from being loaded. For additional information on how Facebook collects and uses data as well your rights and protection with regard to such data, see Facebook's Data Policy at

Facebook Remarketing
This website uses the Facebook "Custom Audiences" remarketing feature. This function is used to present visitors to this website with interest-related advertisements ("Facebook Ads") as part of their visit to Facebook. For this purpose, the Facebook remarketing tag was set on this website. Such tag is used to establish a direct connection to Facebook's servers when visiting the website. In doing so, information is transmitted to the Facebook server that you have visited this website, and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. You can find more information about the collection and use of data by Facebook and about your rights and options for protecting your privacy in the Facebook privacy policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. Alternatively, you can deactivate the Custom Audiences remarketing function at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_=_. You must be logged in to Facebook to do so.
